A: Servers have to be ordered and if you are getting
a control panel set up they will take a week to be delivered.

A: Set up fees are optional. If you do not pay a set up fee then you will simply pay a higher monthly fee for your server.
3.Q Is there an install fee for control panels?
A: No, At this time there is not.
4.Q Are your servers administered?
A: We currently offer free basic system administration with our servers. Including set up and monthly monitoring, updates, and patches.
5.Q How many ip's come with your servers?
A: We start every server off with 10 Ip's and let you purchase as you need them.

A: We currently offer Cpanel, Hsphere, Plesk.
7.Q Do you offer system upgrades on these servers?
A: You can upgrade the memory and the drives on all of our servers.
8.Q Who are your bandwidth service providers?
A: We only use premium quality bandwidth service providers including. ATT, Savvis, Sprint, Uunet, Cox, Level3, Global Crossing, Cables and Wireless, Broadwing
to name a few.
9.Q Do you host adult websites?
A: No. We do not host adult websites.
10.Q Is there a trial period or money-back guarantee?
A: Their is not a trial period on our servers. At this time we only offer a 30 day money back for servers that have a set up fee. If you guarantee did not pay a set up fee, your server does not have a 30 day money back
11.What is your uptime guarantee?
A: We currently offer a 99% uptime guarantee.
12.Are there any hidden costs?
A: No. Everything has been clearly listed on this page or the proceeding pages.
13.How does your rent to own program work?
A: We add an addition charge to your monthly fee (Currently it's just $50.00/USD) You have this price guarantee and after 12 months the server is yours.
You are free to colocate it or stay with one of our programs.
14.What if my customer breaks your AUP "acceptable usage policy"?
A: We have warning levels that we issue for this. But we mostly take each violation on a case by case basis.
15.How is extra bandwidth billed?
A: A: We bill 2.00/USD for 1GB of extra transfer. We also bill the same for going over your space.
16.Do you support International domain names and clients?
A: Our servers support all international domains and clients. We now even register some international domain names as well.
17.What happens if I don't want my server anymore?
A: You are not under any contract these are month to month plans. In the case of rent to own, you would simply close the account, but amounts paid into the service are not refundable.
18.Is there a limit to how many domains I can place on my server?
A: The servers are rented by you, and you manage them as you see fit. We will provide basic server administration, but you must decide what's best for your company and clients on your servers.
19.What are my nameservers?
A:DNS (Domain name servers are the ns1 and ns2 of the domain name you plan to use with the server. Eg.

20.How do I access my server?
A:We will send you a password, which you will select when you sign up. You will then either ssh and log in as root with the password, or if you choose a
Hosting Control Panel, you can easily log in via the control panel with your user name and password. We will give you full details.
21.Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
A:You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day and you can upload your pages directly from your control panel.
22.What type of support do you provide?
A:We provide basic support for server administration. We also offer each host the chance for full server support for themselves and their clients.

23.Will your techs need access to the servers?
A:If you are taking advantage of the free service we provide, the techs will need access to do updates and patches.
